God Cares: Your New Week Resolution

God cares for you.

Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care - A popular statement that resonates with most of us. 

We want to know that people care and can empathize with us when we’re going through a difficult time.

Jesus spent his life trying to show us that he cares. 

One of the most prominent examples is when he told the religious leaders who wanted to stone a woman for adultery to back off.  She had come to worship him for his very nature and recognized him as someone greater than a prophet or religious leader.

She knew that his mission was far deeper than judging.  He came to love, and he proved it.

Whatever situation you were dealing with this morning or last week may still need a resolution.  During this season in your life God wants to demonstrate his deep love for you and remind you that he hasn’t forgotten about you.

Let this be the day you go to God’s throne and boldly ask him for whatever you need. 

It doesn’t matter if the situation you're praying about is something you or someone close to you caused. God has promised that his Holy Spirit will help you.

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 NIV

How do you know that God cares about you?

God cares about us so deeply, that his sent his son, Jesus to pay our debt for sin, be bruised at the hand of others so that we can be healed, and shed blood for our spiritual transformation.

Keep your relationship with God growing by honoring what he says and being authentic about your issues with him.  When you create this habit, he will prove his love for you over and over through his comfort, peace, and provision.
