When God Speaks: Words of Peace

Words of Peace from God

If you have a dilemma today, God wants to solve it. Not with just any answer.  He wants to give you an answer that will lead you beside still waters.

About ten years ago, God answered a family prayer for me in a dream. When I woke up, I remembered a Psalm I had memorized years ago: Psalm 23. It had flashed like neon words scrolling on a screen in the dream. But, I didn’t tell anyone about it. I kept it in my heart.

The next day, my husband told me he had received the answer we were believing God for through a Bible passage.

It was Psalm 23!

We knew that God had spoken to us, and we were confident in what he said because of his great peace.

Jesus answered, ‘It is written: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4 NIV

God has great peace and a word to guide you this week also.

How to Get Peace This Week

Peace comes when we have intentional fellowship with God.

Every morning this week, consider reading scriptures regarding what God says about the situation you need clarity for. Meditate on them, listen to songs about them, and write about them in a journal.

As you stay close to God, he will calm your spirit and give you clarity. You are not alone.
